Cove Monoblock: Design and Functionality
The Cove Monoblock kitchen is characterized by a minimalist design, interacting with modern and sophisticated environments while maintaining a strong identity. The monoblock invisibly integrates all necessary functions: a flush-mounted induction hob, a flush-mounted welded Corian® single-bowl sink, an integrated dishwasher, and large equipped compartments. The total absence of visible handles—replaced by openings integrated into the form itself—preserves the visual continuity and the sculptural effect of the piece.

Is Corian® suitable for intense daily use in the kitchen?
Yes, Corian® is chosen by Boffi specifically for its performance: non-porous, hygienic, and resistant to scratches, heat, UV rays, and impacts. In the event of surface scratches, it can be restored through localized sanding without needing to replace the panel. Its most valuable feature for the Cove model is its moldability: it allows for the creation of the continuous, fluid surfaces that define the monoblock's sculptural identity.
Can I choose a size other than the 5 standard ones?
The Cove Monoblock is available in 5 standard sizes (336, 365, 395, 425, and 455 cm in length). Non-standard configurations are not provided: please contact us with your space requirements, and we will evaluate the most suitable solution together.
How does the extraction work without a traditional hood?
The Cove Monoblock integrates the Gaggenau extraction system directly into the flush-mounted induction hob (mod. CV282101): the extraction grid is built into the cooktop itself, invisible to the naked eye, keeping the ceiling free from any bulky hood.
Does the Cove kitchen require specific structural work for installation?
The Cove monoblock requires the preparation of plumbing connections (water and drainage), electrical points (induction hob and dishwasher), and potential ducting for extraction if a recirculating system is not used. Since it is an island, its placement must be carefully planned during the design phase. Our team coordinates technical consultancy with your professionals to ensure a flawless installation.
How long does delivery and installation take?
The Cove Monoblock is made to order by Boffi in Italy. Production times vary approximately between 12 and 18 weeks from order confirmation, depending on the chosen configuration and finishes.
