Romboo stems from the transformation of raw material. The project originates from leftover elements from the processing of Bamboo, another texture created by Gabriele Salvatori together with his father Alfredo, interpreting them through a new design. Geometries inspired by Oriental aesthetics become rhombus-shaped elements that, combined in groups of three, construct a distinctive hexagonal relief on the wall. Natural stone thus acquires a new depth made of rhythm, light, and shadow. What used to be waste becomes a recognizable design pattern. A research process that combines material economy with the precision of natural stone craftsmanship.
