Lithos, The Collections: Coffee Tables... Storage Units and Ottomans
From a round coffee table measuring 35 cm in diameter to a low table of 180×130 cm, the Lithos collection covers all needs next to the sofa, armchair, or in the center of the room. The frame of the coffee tables is always in painted steel, available in four shades: bronzed nickel, graphite, amber, or black chrome. The oak tops come in grey, brushed light, brushed black, saw-cut white, or natural wenge. In the TLT models, the top is always in glass, and the tray and shelf are not available in saw-cut white. The marble tops are available in travertine or Portoro black, Calacatta white, Marquinia black, Guatemala green, or Sahara noir.
Storage Units and Ottomans
The Lithos collection includes not only coffee tables, but also storage units and ottomans. The storage furniture combines extra light glass tops functioning as display units with drawers and extractable trays; the frame is in steel and echoes the design of the coffee tables. Storage units fit into living rooms, bedrooms, room centers, or as display cases in boutiques. The circular ottomans feature a frame in painted steel profiles and a softly, generously padded cushion upholstered in leather or fabric, single-color or two-tone, completing the product line with the same design language.

Where to Place Lithos
Lithos coffee tables can be placed in the center of the room or alongside sofas and armchairs; their clean, geometric lines do not overcrowd spaces. The visible extractable trays work as storage drawers, convenient for storing, displaying, and organizing everyday items like remote controls and magazines within easy reach. Intended for both domestic and commercial environments, these tables also perform wonderfully in a showroom or boutique.
Antonio Citterio
Antonio Citterio, born in Meda in 1950, opened his own studio in 1972 and graduated in architecture from the Politecnico di Milano. He won the Compasso d'Oro in 1987 and 1994, and in 2008 he received the title of Royal Designer for Industry. He is the art director of Maxalto.

Maintenance
- Glass: dust with a soft white cloth and use regular products for delicate surfaces, rubbing gently from a broad area towards the spot; avoid solvents and abrasive cleaners.
- Wood: dust with a dry cloth; for dry dirt use a well-wrung cloth with warm water, following the grain without pressing; avoid abrasive products, solvents, ammonia, and alcohol; dry thoroughly.
- Leather: dust weekly with a soft cotton cloth; treat stains immediately, then wipe with a sponge using water and neutral soap in gentle circular motions; two or three times a year use the B&B Italia Leather Care Kit (code SETPN), available at stores and dealers.
- Steel: use products for delicate surfaces or warm water and neutral soap; avoid abrasives and products containing solvents, detergents, or alcohol; dry thoroughly.
- Flat surfaces: to protect the finish, use trivets or placemats under objects that could scratch them.
- Repairability: B&B Italia supports, where technically feasible, maintenance, repair, and replacement of components through Customer Service and authorized dealers; requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
