Sileo new bed by Maxalto designed by Antonio Citterio for the new 2023 collection presented at Maison&Objet, the name Sileo derives from Latin, meaning silent and taciturn, therefore ideal for an environment such as a serene bedroom in which to relax. Of the Sileo bed, the particular size of the headboard is striking, 120 cm high which envelops and protects, specially designed for relaxation and comfort, it remains proportionate and envelops the back and head of the guest, the shapes of the bed frame are slightly rounded without being bulky and the structure can accommodate different bed base systems and house the semi-recessed or flush mattress. Despite its minimalist, rather simple look, the Sileo bed hides technical details capable of accommodating all bed base models on the market and is available in five sizes, including queen and king size. The Sileo bed has a metal profile on the base of the bed, the lower edge is in aluminum in the finishes: bronzed nickel painted, black chromed painted, graphite painted or amber painted. The fabric version has completely removable covers, the bed base and mattress are not included.
