ADL Archi: Price, Details, and Available Compositions

In the ADL Archi Door System, the designer Gianola focuses on how contemporary architecture is largely made up of simple linear geometries, it is particularly interesting instead to observe how a circular element can dialogue with them. The common idea of architectural space brings us back mostly to rectangular or cubic volumes defined by flat surfaces and right angles. In Archi the circle is its representation and gives life to a new project that wants to relate these two apparently opposite ideas of space, the rectangle and the circle, providing a new concept that contains them both as Leonardo da Vinci did with his Vitruvian Man. The compositions of the Archi system adapt to every project need:

• Solutions with 2 doors, 3 doors also all on one side,

• Heights up to 3500 mm and opening widths up to 6500 mm

• Modular combinations of circles that replicate or are independent, in perfect harmony with the architectural space

In the ARCHI project, five new colors have been specially created for the glass windows, (See Photos) bringing a note of color to the composition, the opacity also defines an area that highlights the circular shape like a passe-partout that invites you to look through.

Types of Opening:

• Sliding - Sliding With Drag

The sliding opening has the guide pin of the sliding door that retracts inside the panel frame, facilitating assembly. The seat for the insertion of the sliding door trolley is hidden by the cover in the same finish as the frame. The anti-sway system (optional) consists of a cushioned pin whose polyurethane wheel creates friction in contact with the floor, helping the door not to sway.

• Roto-translating
The roto-translating system allows the panels of the composition to rotate on their own axis and translate to the wall without the need for any track on the floor. This technology allows for panels up to 130 cm wide, which when closed are perfectly aligned on the same plane, and when open free up over 90% of the passage opening.

• Pivot
The pivot system has the opening hinge integrated into the frame profile, emphasizing the clean lines and eliminating any preliminary preparation. The system allows the door to be opened in both directions, with automatic closing and a 90° door stop.
