ADL Quadra: Advanced Technology, Minimal Aesthetics
Every component — tracks, carriages, hardware, accessories — is designed and manufactured in-house by ADL in Italy, the result of twenty years of specialisation. ADL is a brand of Boffi | De Padova: a single philosophy, the same design concept applied to the highest standards of interior design with sophistication and modern elegance. This approach guarantees quality, reliability and ease of installation at every stage of the build.
Four Opening Types
- Sliding: carriages with 4 nylon bearings (load capacity 120 kg per carriage) and adjustable telescopic track — smooth, silent gliding for large spans and visual continuity between spaces.
- Sliding with soft-close dragging: multiple synchronised leaves open with a single natural gesture, creating large-scale movable walls.
- Pivot: hinge integrated into the profile, no floor channel required. Bidirectional opening with automatic stop and 90° hold — absolute formal clarity.
- Fixed between walls: a minimal solution to separate functions without sacrificing light, ideal for corridors, kitchens and transition zones.
Glass and Finishes: Light, Privacy and Style
ADL glazed surfaces filter light and privacy — choose from clear, acid-etched, reflex, back-painted gloss and satin, mirror, textured glass, wire or fabric laminated glass and fabric-covered panels. The frame is available in anodised aluminium in 8 colour variants, natural oak in 3 finishes or any RAL colour.
Handles Integrated into the Design
The handle is available in models integrated into the stile and options with a lock for bathrooms and private areas.
Quadra vs Mitica: Two Design Philosophies
Quadra pursues absolute formal purity with the 36×38 mm square profile and 4 opening types. The Mitica collection features a more articulated geometry — 18 mm stiles and 36 mm rails — with 8 opening types available for those seeking greater versatility and design nuance.

FAQ – ADL Quadra Doors
Quick answers on costs, finishes, dimensions and installation.
How much do ADL Quadra doors cost?
The price varies depending on dimensions, opening system, glass type and chosen finishes. ADL works exclusively on bespoke projects: contact us for a reserved quote with dedicated consultation, with no obligation.
What glass options are available for the doors?
The choice is very wide: clear, acid-etched, reflex, back-painted gloss and satin, mirror, textured glass, wire or fabric laminated glass and fabric-covered panels. Each option has different characteristics in terms of light transmission and privacy — contact us to identify the most suitable solution for your project.
Do the doors improve the brightness of a space?
Yes, the large glazed surfaces diffuse and refract natural light, making spaces feel visually larger and brighter. Even with acid-etched or laminated glass — which provide privacy — the light transmission is significantly greater than with a traditional opaque door.
Is it possible to create large-format openings?
Yes, the sliding system allows leaves of up to 7 m² per panel, ideal for open-plan spaces, large living areas and contemporary environments where visual continuity is part of the architectural brief.
Can they be installed on plasterboard partition walls?
Yes, ADL tracks are designed for partition walls and false ceilings too, with telescopic adjustment for precise installation. The system adapts to both new builds and renovations, ensuring straightforward installation at every stage of the work.
