Society Limonta Reinterprets Raffles by De Padova
In 2022, the historic Raffles collection became the protagonist of a special collaboration between Society Limonta and De Padova. The sofa and armchair designed by Vico Magistretti were reinterpreted with the Dress fabric by Society, without altering the original concept. The result is a set of upholstery that combines Magistretti’s elegant simplicity with contemporary textile research. Dress is a double brushed satin, tightly woven, with about 160 threads per square centimeter. To the touch, it conveys a dialogue between past and present: it resembles leather, yet with an incredibly soft hand.
