Bosa Ceramics, Vases And Design Sculptures For Home Décor

Website: Bosa Ceramiche

In 1976, Italo Bosa began ceramic production from the garage of his home in Borso del Grappa, at the foot of the Grappa massif, in the heart of the Veneto foothills. In nearly fifty years, it has grown into a ceramic workshop recognised worldwide. Today, Bosa Ceramiche — led together with his daughters Francesca and Daniela — is synonymous with luxury artistic ceramics: objects crafted entirely by hand, finished with exclusive glazes developed in-house and decorated with gold, platinum, and copper. Collections that do not simply furnish a space: they tell its story.

Bosa Ceramiche: Venetian Tradition Meets World Design

Bosa's roots run deep in a territory historically fertile for ceramic art — the Veneto foothills. It is no coincidence that this is where a workshop was born capable of uniting ancient hand-crafting techniques with a contemporary design vision. Every glaze is formulated in-house by Bosa; every colour palette is exclusive: Bosa colours cannot be found anywhere else in the world.
Bosa's strength lies in having made the impossible its own territory. Oversized moulds, forms that push the physical limits of ceramics, precious metallic finishes applied by hand piece by piece: every collection raises the bar a little higher. The result is objects that oscillate between authored sculpture and luxury decorative accessory — objects that the world's greatest brands choose for their own spaces: from Ferrari to DeBeers, from Maison Matisse to Baccarat.

Authored Design: The Great Names That Shape Bosa Ceramics

Bosa fosters collaborations with the world's greatest designers. Not mere commissions: genuine creative partnerships born from a shared trust in ceramics as an expressive language without limits.

  • Jaime Hayon: 25 years of uninterrupted collaboration — the longest in the industry — who designed Bubbles, a candleholder with a refined and modern design aesthetic, and the Brocca Table collection — a classic form with precious metal inserts, crafted in stoneware with a glossy white glaze.
  • Manolo Bossi: his are some of the most captivating creations, including the owl, little owl, and barn owl — three decorative ceramic sculptures that bring an elegant and spirited character to any interior.
  • Elena Salmistraro: the Primates vases (2017), an expression of contemporary primitivism, won the Salone del Mobile Milano Award as "Best Emerging Designer"; the Escamas cup collection and its matching saucer with gold inserts draws inspiration from natural elements — waves, sea shells — that become iconic objects of Italian design.
  • Patricia Urquiola: one of the most authoritative voices in world design, Pepa Revert signs the ceramic vases of the Sisters collection — the perfect gift to order for your closest friend.
  • Nika Zupanc, Constance Guisset, Sam Baron: an ecosystem of international talents that enriches every season with new visual languages
