The story of CC-Tapis doesn't begin in 2001, but in 1943, when the Chamszadeh family founded a maison in Strasbourg specializing in hand-knotted Persian rugs, becoming a benchmark in France for the quality and culture of Oriental rugs. When Nelcya Chamszadeh and Fabrizio Cantoni, who met while studying hotel management in Switzerland, decided to found their own brand, they brought that heritage with them and reinvented it: the same artisanal care, a new visual language. In Milan, they met Daniele Lora, who became the art director and third partner, giving the brand's creativity a precise and coherent design direction.
